For a large-scale technical project in Leuven, we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager who can actively contribute to the successful execution and completion of multiple installation and relocation projects.
Strong focus on QA/QC compliance, certification, and documentation.
Role requires close collaboration with contractors, suppliers, and certification bodies (NOBO).
Imec project – consisting of 3 subprojects:
- Move of the existing GF → new GF in different phases → multiple start-ups
- Installation of a new APSA
- Installation of a new CW system (new cooling water towers)

Goals and deliverables
QA/QC Manager – “Hands-on”:
- Prepares the full construction file at the end of the project
- Helps/supports subcontractors with setting up the construction file
- Reviews the construction files
- Collects (through active interaction with suppliers and contractors) all mandatory information (certificates)
- Interacts with NOBO to obtain approval
- Prepares certificates of conformity
- Additional QA/QC documentation and compliance activities as required
