We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a challenging industrial pipeline modification project in Belgium.
You will be responsible for the execution of the rerouting of approximately 150 meters of a 10-inch oxygen pipeline operating at 64 bar. The scope includes supervision of all construction activities as well as the required testing, cleaning, and drying operations prior to commissioning.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating all site construction activities
- Supervising contractors and construction teams
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Monitoring project progress, quality, and planning
- Coordinating testing, cleaning, drying, and commissioning activities
- Managing technical interfaces between stakeholders
- Reporting on project status, risks, and construction performance
- Supporting the successful completion and handover of the project

Requirements
Solliciteer direct
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Site Supervisor, or Construction Lead in industrial projects
- Expert-level knowledge of mechanical construction and piping installation, welding
- Demonstrated experience with high-pressure pipeline projects
- Knowledge of oxygen service piping systems is a strong advantage
- Experience working according to strict industrial specifications and procedures
- Expert knowledge of construction safety within industrial environments
- Experience supervising welding activities and ensuring weld quality compliance
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently on site and drive project execution
- Experience in petrochemical, gas, energy, or process industry projects is preferred
