We are looking for an experienced Bulk Loading Operator to support on-site operations in Rotterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for operating equipment and wells by applying operational and safety procedures to achieve daily production objectives, reduce equipment failures, and ensure efficient resource utilization.

General Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of safety, health, environmental and security compliance at all times.
- Participate actively in daily toolbox talks, safety meetings and emergency response exercises.
- Follow operational procedures, work instructions and site regulations.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, maintenance teams and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Report incidents, unsafe conditions, equipment defects and operational deviations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, shift handovers and logbook entries.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, reliability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the operational area.
- Operate and monitor bulk loading equipment and associated production facilities.
- Perform routine inspections and surveillance of equipment, pipelines, wells and operating systems.
- Identify operational abnormalities and take corrective actions to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinate and monitor preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as part of equipment care and reliability programs.
- Monitor alarms, shutdown systems and critical equipment, reporting any system unavailability immediately.
- Conduct product sampling and perform field-based laboratory and quality control tests.
- Support loading, transfer and handling operations of bulk products in accordance with operational procedures.
- Assess equipment and well performance and provide accurate operational information to supervisors.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operationally ready for maintenance, intervention or wellwork activities.
- Assist maintenance and well intervention teams during operational and shutdown activities.
- Contribute to maximizing production efficiency while minimizing equipment downtime and operational risk.
