As a Project Engineer II, you will be responsible for conducting engineering design evaluations and ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Your role involves reviewing industry policies, coordinating project activities, and providing technical support for the engineering process.
This position requires adherence to guidelines, working under immediate supervision, and serving as a backup for the Project Manager when needed.
•Participate in the development of Invitation to Tender (ITT), bid evaluation, and contractor selection.
•Identify and source long-lead equipment, ensuring Front End Engineering Design (FEED) contractor support until equipment assignment.
•Coordinate the development of EMCAPS Gate 3 deliverables and Functional Interaction Plans.
•Manage the project issues resolution process and coordinate change requests.
•Ensure the completion of assigned work scope in line with project objectives.
•Act as the interface between the Project Team and Contractor.
•Lead the Project Management Team (PMT) in applying Project Management Systems.

•Specific background in Electrical and Instrumentation/Controls with experience across other disciplines.
•Specific Electrical and Power Distribution Experience (essential):
•Experience in the design, development, testing, and implementation of integrated electrical control systems.
•Analyze project systems and operational data to determine equipment needs and system requirements. •
👉Instrumentation & Control (highly desired):
•Experience in Controls & Instrumentation project documentation.
•Good understanding of Distribution Control Systems (DCS)/Safety Instrumented System (SIS)/Program Logic Controller (PLC) design.
•Knowledge of industrial communication networks and protocols.
•Familiarity with field process instrumentation for both basic process control systems and safety instrumented systems (SIS).
•Experience in the installation and commissioning of instrumentation.
•Understanding of basic cybersecurity requirements for operational technology.
•Knowledge of ATEX - Ex instrumentation, devices, and installation requirements.
